Navera Cancellations, Return & Exchange Policy

At Navera, we want you to love your jewelry as much as we love making it. While we strive for perfection, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Below are the details about cancellations, exchanges, and store credit:

Cancellations

Changed your mind? No problem! You can cancel your order before it’s dispatched. Once it’s on its way, cancellations are not possible, but we’ll still be here to assist you.

Return & Refund

We’re confident you’ll love your Navera piece, but please note that we don’t offer returns or refunds.

However, if your item arrives incorrect or damaged, we’ve got you covered! We’ll gladly exchange it for the same product or provide store credit if the item is out of stock.

Just contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted only for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items. We’ll replace it with the same product you ordered, or if unavailable, offer store credit of equal value.

Please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Sale Items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please email naverajewels@gmail.com with your Order ID and "Exchange Request" as the subject line. This must be done within 24 hours of receiving your product.

Here’s a tip: When unboxing your jewelry, we recommend making a quick unboxing video. This serves as proof in case of any issues and helps speed up the exchange process.

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide return shipping details. Please return the item in its original condition (unworn, with tags and packaging intact), and we’ll handle the rest! 😊
